How far in advance should I book a beach picnic?
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance, especially during peak tourist season (November-April). For special occasions or custom arrangements, 2-3 weeks notice is preferred.
What happens if it rains on the day of our picnic?
We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you 24 hours before your event if rain is likely. You can either reschedule at no additional cost or choose one of our indoor backup locations.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most other dietary preferences. Please inform us of any restrictions when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
Are alcoholic beverages included?
Most of our packages include wine, champagne, or other alcoholic beverages. Non-alcoholic options are always available upon request. Custom drink arrangements can also be made.
How private are the beach locations?
We select semi-private areas on public beaches that offer the best balance of privacy and views. For complete privacy, we can arrange exclusive beach sections with additional privacy measures for an additional fee.
