Booking & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your event booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled event. All prices are quoted in Mexican Pesos (MXN).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 7 days will receive a 50% refund. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule or relocate your event at no additional charge. We monitor weather conditions closely to ensure the best possible experience.

Liability

Puerto Events takes every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. However, we are not liable for injuries, loss of personal property, or circumstances beyond our control during events.
